Jewel Specialist Powder (Class D) Fire Extinguisher
These Class D Powder Fire Extinguishers are designed exclusively for combustible metal fires. They are intended for use on reactive metals such as lithium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, and aluminium swarf, where standard fire extinguishers are unsafe or ineffective.
All units are supplied with a discharge lance to allow controlled, stand-off application and are suitable for industrial and specialist environments where metal fire risks have been identified.
M28 is a general-purpose Class D powder for a wide range of combustible metal fires, including aluminium swarf, lithium, and mixed metal risks.
L2 is a Class D metal fire powder suited to general engineering and machining environments with reactive metal hazards.
MONNEX is a specialist Class D powder developed for high-energy metal fires, particularly magnesium and magnesium alloy risks.
These extinguishers are for combustible metal fires only (Class D). They are supplied with a discharge lance for safer use, feature heavy-duty construction suitable for industrial applications, and are supplied with a 5-year manufacturer warranty (see datasheet for full terms).

Shipping Policy
We deliver across mainland UK and selected offshore/remote areas.
Stock items usually dispatch within 5–7 working days. Supplier-direct/special orders may take longer; lead times confirmed after order acceptance.
Delivery charges show at checkout or are confirmed at order. Remote areas (Highlands, Islands, NI, etc.) may cost more.
Orders may arrive in separate deliveries; each delivery is treated as a separate supply.
Risk passes to you on delivery/collection. Please ensure safe access and unloading.
Check goods on arrival and report any damage/shortages/errors within 3 working days.
We aim to keep returns simple and fair. Your rights depend on whether you are a Consumer (retail) or Trade Customer.
Consumers (Retail / Website orders)
You can cancel a distance/online order within 14 days of receiving it, then have another 14 days to return it. The Sun+1
Items must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.
Return carriage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return).
Special Orders (custom/made-to-order/bulk/pallet-only/supplier-direct) cannot be returned for change-of-mind, unless faulty.
Faulty goods (All customers)If an item is faulty, you are entitled to repair/replacement or refund. Consumers also have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Please report defects within 7 days of discovery and within the warranty period.
Trade Customers
Stock items may be returned within 21 days if unused and in original packaging.
A 10% restocking fee applies to trade change-of-mind returns.
Special Orders are non-returnable unless defective.
How to return Email sales@Firefightingsupplies.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm whether to return to us or direct to the supplier and issue an authorisation before anything is sent back.
