We deliver throughout mainland UK and selected offshore/remote areas. Orders can be placed online, by email or phone.

Delivery times
Stocked items are normally dispatched within 5–7 working days. Supplier-direct or special-order items may take longer; lead times will be confirmed when we accept your order.

Carriage charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed at order. Remote/offshore areas (e.g., Highlands, Islands, NI) may incur additional carriage costs.

Instalments
We may dispatch orders in separate deliveries where necessary. Each delivery is treated as a separate supply.

Risk & unloading
Risk passes to you on delivery/collection. Please ensure safe access for delivery and safe unloading.

Problems in transit
Inspect goods on arrival. Report any damage, shortages, or errors within 3 working days so we can resolve quickly.
