Can be used with mechanical door closers to provide electromagnetic hold open facility

Electromagnetic door holders are controlled by the fire/smoke alarm system and hold the door open until either:

The alarm is activated manually, or by a heat/smoke sensor

There is a power failure

The door is closed manually by pulling the door edge

Ideal for helping to meet the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 by allowing a fire door to be held open until a fire alarm is activated
