Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Some products, such as customised or special-order items, may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless it was faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
